Shipping (For Physical Books)
- We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
- Orders are processed within 2 working days.
- UAE deliveries are fulfilled within 4 working days from the date of dispatch.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for physical or digital purchases.
- If your physical book arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll assess on a case-by-case basis.
Digital Downloads
- eBooks and trail GPX files are delivered instantly via email/download link upon payment.
- Make sure to download and back up your files, as links may expire.
How to Use GPX Files
- GPX files can be opened using free apps such as:
- Gaia GPS
- Garmin Explore
- AllTrails
- Komoot
- These apps allow you to follow the trail on your smartphone while hiking. We recommend downloading the maps for offline use before heading out.
- Always carry a power bank and be aware that mobile signal is usally weak or lost in most mountain areas.
