Refund policy

Returns and Refunds Policy 

 

Physical Products:

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is damaged during shipping.
  • Damaged books must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to info@hajarmountains.ae 

Digital Products:

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads (eBooks, GPX files), we do not issue refunds once a purchase is completed.

Consultancy Services:

  • Bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • In case a session had to be cancelled by the organizer, a rescheduling opportunity or a full refund will be actioned.
