Returns and Refunds Policy
Physical Products:
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is damaged during shipping.
- Damaged books must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to info@hajarmountains.ae
Digital Products:
- Due to the nature of digital downloads (eBooks, GPX files), we do not issue refunds once a purchase is completed.
Consultancy Services:
- Bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
- In case a session had to be cancelled by the organizer, a rescheduling opportunity or a full refund will be actioned.
